Stucco/Drywall EmpireWorks is hiring construction workers with experience to work on large apartments, condominiums and commercial buildings throughout the Phoenix Metro area. We focus on EXTERIOR building components: Stucco, Lath, Drywall, Painting, and more. ***Se Habla Español*** Why work for us? *Pay is between $22-24 *English not needed but definitely a plus. *EmpireWorks will provide all the equipment and tools necessary to perform the job. *Jobs are located throughout Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, etc. *40 hours a week -- Pay every Friday. *You have opportunity to advance. Requirements: * 3 years of construction experience * Experience with stucco repairs and how to work with lath *Willing to work hard and in a safe manner. *Capable to lift up to 80 lbs., ladders and any other equipment needed. *Able to provide documents to work in the United States. *Transportation will not be provided, so you must be able to get to the job site or get a ride from some other coworker or friend to the job site. *Must be friendly and able to work with others as a team. *Willing to follow company rules, safety standards and on site Foreman. * Authorized in the U.S. is required.
