We are currently looking for two workers, one Water Technician and another worker for Power Washing. Ideally we can hire a person who can do part time work as Water Technician and part time work for Water Pressure Washing to have this employee work full time doing both jobs. We have an immediate opening. ***WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN*** Water Restoration Technician compensation: Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour employment type: Part-time and Full-time Dry Express Restoration provides water, mold, fire damage cleanup, restoration and mitigation company looking for experienced restoration laborers/technicians to join us! JOB DESCRIPTION: Laborer/ technician travels to damaged homes or businesses and supports the cleanup and restoration of damaged property. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITES: 1. Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment 2. Practices safe and secure material handling methods 3. Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises 4. Deconstruct, disinfect and dry wet, water damaged dwellings 5. Clean and deodorize fire damaged dwellings 6. Containment setup, treatment, and removal of mold growth 7. Document moisture meter readings REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS AND ABILITIES): 1. Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills. 2. Basic reading and comprehension skills 3. Able to work indoors and outdoors of dwellings and structures 4. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. 5. At least 2 years of Mitigation experience 6. Knowledge of moisture mapping PHYSICAL DEMAND: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., bend and reach in confined spaces, stand, push and pull equipment, etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) 1. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education 2. IICRC Cert (is a plus) 3. Adequate and reliable transportation/ dependable transportation 4. Valid Driver's License w/ DMV printout 5. Willingness to learn 6. Must be able to pass a drug test 7. Clean Background check WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, and some weekends on-call. ***PRESSURE WASHING/STEAM CLEANING/WINDOW CLEANING*** Compensation: $17.00/ Hour - $20.00 Employment type: part-time and full-time Job Description: Power washing of shopping centers, various locations, and buildings. Able to utilize sidewalk scrubbing system. 4. The ability to monitor pressure washing system functionality. 5. Performing of light window washing services. 6. Practices safe and secure material handling methods. 7. Troubleshoot power washer machinery. 8. Reports errors found and documents to supervisor. 9. Maintains a safe and clean work environment. 10. Able to use job tracking method on vendors portable via smartphone. REQUIREMENT (SKILLS AND ABILITIES): 1. Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills. 2. Basic reading and comprehensions skills 3. Basic mechanical reasoning skills 4. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. PHYSICAL DEMAND: Ability to bend, reach, stand, push, and pull power washing hose, equipment, and etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) 1. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience 2. Adequate and reliable transportation/ dependable transportation 3. Valid Driver's License w/ DMV printout WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 30-40 hours per week w/ various overtime opportunities and some weekends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
