Position: IT RecruiterLocation: Northborough, MADuration: Permanent / Full-Time ***Must be local to Massachusetts area. NO REMOTE WORK***Required skills:Must be proficient working with Microsoft Outlook and MS OfficeExcellent written/verbal communication skillsKnowledge on IT concepts and latest trends would be plus but not mandatory.Basic Programming Knowledge is plus but we can teach technical skills for non IT/Computer background students.Should be able to work independently and do multitasking.Work Responsibilities:Manage full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, identifying, evaluating and screening, submission, setting up interviews, soliciting feedback and coordinating with candidate.Perform searches into company databases, Internet recruiting databases, networking, cold calls and advertising to identify qualified profiles.Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
