Hire Priority Staffing, leaders in Apartment Maintenance Staffing is currently seeking qualified Make Ready Technicians to join our team. We have opportunities in the Greater Austin area. Pay: Up to $16-17/hr + Benefits (DOE) Benefits: *Once hired on permanently with a property you will be offered great benefits, discounts on rent, monthly bonuses and healthcare benefits. Location: Openings available in North Austin, South Austin, West Austin, Cedar Park and Round Rock Duties & Responsibilities: Knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, and appliance installation. Ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner for new residents to move in. Assist with projects around the property, as requested. Qualifications: Apartment industry experience/knowledge is helpful, but not required. Remodeling, handyman, general labor or construction background is a plus if you don't have onsite experience.
