Catering Company looking for catering servers, bar tenders and captains to join our team. We have events through out the week with a focus on the weekend. You are free to pick up as many or as few shifts as you want. The weekend shifts are a 5 hour minimum The uniform is all black bistro with a long black apron, solid black tie, black slacks, black button down shirt, black belts, black shoes and socks. The uniform should look clean and pressed to match the level of service we provide. The starting rate is $25 an hour with a majority of events providing an additional gratuity. Responsibilities help prepare event space including setting the table / dropping linens Setting a sanitation area / scullery for dirty items Help serve guests and ensure they are having an enjoyable time Breakdown the party at the end of the help / clean the space Attention to the guests and cleanliness Friendly & excellent people skills Responsible & trustworthy Promptness is key! Do not come late to shifts Captains have more responsibilities including managing the other staff, working with the client at the event and overseeing everything. Captain rate is starting at $35 an hour.
