Job Description: We are looking for an individual with expertise in multiple types of home repair and maintenance, who has basic construction skills, is extremely organized, and can effectively communicate with others. Responsibilities: • Perform basic tasks and manage minor maintenance repairs, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, stucco, flooring, windows & doors, and tile. • Conduct property inspections. • Assist in landscaping of property and cleaning up debris. • Follow project instructions and execute properly. Requirements: • Available to work a flexible work week, including weekends. • Must have reliable transportation as the properties are located throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. • Must have own tools. • Must be a self starter. • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
