are their grants for people that are legally blind to get collection agencies who buy ten year old debts and threaten disabled people and put liens on their homes and threaten with abstract judgments and that disabled people are afraid to have money in banks. Is their any way to fight their collection agencies who buy old judgments debts and threaten to charge ten years of interests and 10 percent per month which is 120 percent a year which is outrageous YET LEGAL.
