looking for another artist/creative to share a studio space

In the next few months I’m looking to get a studio space. I would like it to be 600-1500sqft, and need another artist to share the space and costs. My max budget would be around $750 for my half, so $1500 total. I’m a painter and also a musician. I work with oils, spraypaint and acrylics. The space would mostly be used for painting but also light music, video, photography, content creation. I would pretty much be using the studio from 5pm to midnight. Would be cool if you had a daytime studio practice so we can each have some privacy. This is not an absolute requirement, I’m flexible. Depending on how big the studio I’m also open to sharing with multiple people If this sounds like something that could interest you hit me up. We can start looking into spaces. Or if you already have one that works too!
