Successful Janitorial and Building Maintenance company seeks cleaning professionals. This position requires floor cleaning and general cleaning services to retail stores. This is a FULL-TIME OVERNIGHT position. Responsibilities: - Be able to use professional floor machines for stripping/waxing/buffing of floors, use of floor care chemicals; operation of all floor equipment including propane machines. - Keep equipment clean and in good working condition - Ability to understand and follow instructions, and take direction. - Be able to work schedule as assigned by supervisor in various locations. - Must be able to work independently. - Project a professional image and maintain good customer and public image. - Thoroughness, dependability, courteous, ability to work in a team environment and good judgment. Physical Demands: -This job may require lifting of objects that exceed 50lbs, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25lbs. *The ability to speak, read and write both Spanish and English is preferred. *Must have a valid driver's license in order to fulfill the duties of this position. This is a FULL-TIME position, 40 hours per week. Overnights and weekends required- must be flexible. WORK HOURS: 8pm until 6am (times may vary) Required experience: Minimum 2 years stripping, waxing and floor maintenance Required language: English and Spanish
