Hi There To whomever attention I Grasp, I'm a Humane Creole Man in my early Thirties, and I'm seeking A room to rent. I currently hold a voucher for Housing here in New York. It's kinda hard to find a broker to help me tho I've found a few. I'm still searching for more brokers, I've been homeless for almost two years and have been staying in shelters, far I find that, that system isn't for me. I seem to have to much class and ppl like to steal there to much. My birthday is next month and I'm tired of living like this. Id rather rent a room for a month at a time then to have to worry about being stolen from. I promise to be quiet and neat as I appear at all times and also to not hold any company unless I'm allowed to. I'm a up and coming poet btw and I'm awaiting my second Title IV Letter so I can enroll back in to college. I'm willing to offer $400.⁰⁰ to $450.⁰⁰.
