Convenient location <5 min walk from L train at Graham Ave or Grand Street. To join, you will need to provide $320 for 1st month plus $320 for last month and $320 for security deposit. If you’re unable to cover these costs upfront, open to discussing a higher monthly rate. In house equipment include Midi Keyboard, Focusrite interface, JBL monitors, Rode Mic, 32in LCD monitor, and Wiz lights. Primarily seeking music producers (any genre) and engineers who need a space for sessions, but open to any and all creatives.
