Need Electrician to Install 50 AMP Breaker in Main with 14-50 NEMA

Looking for an Electrician to install a 50 AMP Breaker in my 200 AMP Box in my home. I need to have a 14-50 NEMA 4 outlet box mounted next to the main breaker box (no long conduits or wiring, the outlet can be wired within 1 foot of the breaker circuit. Located in the Waterbury Heights area of Crownsville, right off 97 / Rt 3, about 12 minutes outside Annapolis. I can supply parts, not tools. Thanks!
