Republicans have always been the ones raising taxes on the middle and lower class like when Reagan decided to start taxing social security for retired people in 1984 so he could give massive tax cuts to the ultra wealthy. Same thing Trump did. Both lied and said it would "trickle down". REALLY? If you were handed 100 million dollars for nothing would you start handing it out to strangers? Neither did corporate executives. They gave themselves big bonuses and laughed about it.
