Qualifications: -Prior experience in painting/staining, roofing, pressure cleaning helpful but will train the right individual. -Punctual and dependable. -Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. -Bi-Lingual in English-Spanish helpful. -$2.00/Hour more for valid drivers license and ability to be insured by company insurance policy. -Reliable transportation.
