You have a driver's license, a ready to work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job- such as No Fear of heights, lifting 50 lbs., using a ladder, hot summers, and cold winters. You're A Professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and you understand that safety is paramount. You won't work anywhere that is unsafe, but you know that safety is a two-way street, so you won't do anything unsafe either. You learn every aspect of the job. You look, speak, and dress like a professional. You keep your work area clean and orderly. You have upmost respect for the client's property. You complete work orders by the deadline. Pathways To Advancement: You will start as an Apprentice, next is Service Expert, after that you will strive to be a Lead Service Expert. You will be trained to manage your team and next in line is Senior Service Expert to manage other teams. Each pathway to advancement opens doors for more pay.
