Female Rat Needs Rehomed

I have a female rat that I removed from a bad situation who needs a new home. She is a pet rat but I'm not sure of her history. I do not have a cage that can go with her. She is sweet and would make a great pet. She has lived with other rats and done well. She is a recently weaned mom and raised 8 healthy babies. She is free to a good home.
