Escape Fitness, a premier fitness equipment brand is currently looking for an efficient and energetic person to join the team in the role of Warehouse Team Lead. Someone who is reliable and organized with a strong knowledge of stock systems and stock control, operations and logistics. Responsibilities include: • To assist in developing and controlling all warehousing at Escape USA, ensuring that where applicable existing Escape format is followed. To ensure that Health & Safety (OSHA) legislative requirements are adhered to at all times and that every member of staff is working in a safe and clean environment. To be accountable for the general upkeep and security of both stock and warehouses in the US. • To consistently ensure that the warehouse teams are run efficiently, effectively and provide outstanding customer service – ensuring that all areas of the operation are run in accordance with Company policies, procedures, practices and legislative requirements. • To ensure that regular Stock takes are carried out and all findings are documented and filed. To carry out weekly cycle counts and document all findings including investigations. • To assist the Acting Warehouse Manager in maintaining all Risk Assessments, maintenance checks, external assessments and reviews and maintaining a concise filing system all Documentation. • To motivate staff to achieve and exceed objectives and goals – leading by example. Skills required: • Educated ideally to High School Diploma level as a minimum. • Minimum 6-years experience working in a warehouse, distribution and logistical environment. • Excellent physical health, Forklift Licence, First Aider, Health and Safety-OSHA, Fire warden. • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
