ShipRock Management is a residential property management company servicing real estate in the Twin Ports area! We are searching for a seasonal lawn care associate to join our team for the 2022 season! This is a great job for someone with previous lawn maintenance experience, or someone who is just entering the workforce! The primary focus of this role is to provide lawn service at residential homes throughout the Twin Ports area. Job duties include: -Driving a company provided truck and trailer -Mowing residential lawns with push mowers -Grass trimming -Raking -Using hand held blowers -Other duties when assigned! -Looking for a reliable, organized individual with a strong work ethic! Requirements: -Must possess current drivers license, and clean driving record -Reliable transportation to and from work -Must have a cell phone -Able to work in an outdoor environment -Availability Monday-Friday with some weekend availability Location: Duluth, MN Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
