$25-$30/hr (Depending on if you are working with a partner or working solo on a job) We clean houses exterior and roofs with pressure washers. Services we offer, and that you would be helping with: - washing exterior of house with pressure washer, and cleaning solutions - clean debris out of gutters - sweep moss from rooftop (using proper safety equipment provided) - drive from one customer to the next using company truck or self provided transportation What we are looking for: - Not afraid of getting wet and dirty (we have rain gear, but still cleaning houses can be a dirty job) - comfortable with ladders and getting up on roof with proper safety equipment - able to lift up to 40+ lbs (moving pressure washers, rearranging patio furniture, loading equipment into truck, etc) - You have a car/truck with active drivers license and clean record - no serious criminal history (As you will be going to clients homes, this is required) - legal work authorization - 20-30 hours per week to start HOW TO APPLY: Respond to this ad with a response to following questions: - Do you have a car and a drivers license with no DUI in the past 10 years? - Would you pass a criminal background check? - Have you ever used a pressure washer?
