We are looking for reliable individuals that want to work in a small local business in good standing that has continuous work. The ideal candidate is willing to work and grow with us as we have aspirations for the future to grow beyond our current company size but we need driven individuals that are willing to hustle and work reliably. Wonder what your normal day will look like?: Come in to our shop on time at 7:30 am. Clock in and start loading the truck with the needed materials / tools / supplies for the day. You or your lead will be handed paperwork for your job for the day (or week) and briefed on the job to be completed. The crew will then head out and the lead will be responsible in talking to the client before, during, and after the build to ensure full satisfaction with the design and quality. And most importantly: build, build, build. You need to have - an eye for detail and - be accurate while - keeping your deadlines. We need someone that is willing to - take responsibility for a project - lead and work in a team while - being independent - meet or exceed our standards You need to be able to - measure accurately, - calculate needed materials, and - be able to hold good relationships between our crew members, clients, and vendors. Physical fitness is essential to be able to lift between 60 and 100 lbs on a regular basis. 3 year minimum professional experience in carpentry required (specifically fence and deck building). This is an outdoor job! The only times we do not build are in thunderstorms, downpours, snow, and above 96 degrees. If you do not like being outdoors and in the elements, please do not apply.
