Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Kate Quinn Organics Location: Woodinville, WA Pay: From $21 an hour Available Shifts: Shift 1 (5:00am - 1:30pm Mon-Fri), Shift 2 (1:30pm - 10:00pm Mon-Fri), Saturday and Sunday (7am-3pm) Job description: Fast-paced, high-growth online retail company looking for warehouse support with unlimited growth potential. Responsible for supporting a smooth operation of warehouse functions, and leads by example. Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities include: Supports shipping operations by accurately and efficiently picking/packing orders per company standards and procedures Consistently achieves hourly/shift targets for units picked and picking accuracy Qualifications: Dependable, responsible, and willing to accept accountability Attention to detail High sense of urgency Ability to see good use of time and space Be respectful of co-workers. Contribute to a team environment Basic Math Skills Ability to complete tasks using basic computer-based technology and other associated technologies Have fun - Ability to maintain enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude Experience: 1+ of related warehouse experience preferred Work environment and physical demands: A warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations Physical activity includes; regular standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs and or ladders, working on elevated platforms, use hands to lift and pull Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs COVID-19 Precautions: All employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Proof of vaccination status is required upon time of hiring. People are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
