We are opening the opportunity with our company to find a unique individual(s) for a long term career in landscape installation and design. We are a small company and we plan on staying small (in employee size) to keep quality and expectation high. This opportunity is for somebody who WANTS to be a part of a blue collared landscape industry and grow this into a career with our company. Some experiece is preferred, and common sense is required. The higher amount of attention to detail you have for our projects, the more likely you will be to accelerate your goals. We will train this individual in all aspects of landscape installation. They will have the opportunity to be certified in various categories to increase their pay and benefits with our company through continuing education. If you become part of our culture, some travel may be required for some certifications. Work perk! We do not schedule any work on weekends and our niche market is custom higher end backyard installs and make-overs. Some of the aspects you will be learning are synthetic turf installation, outdoor lighting, fire and water features, high efficiency irrigation systems, interlocking concrete, pergolas, planting, property drainage and much more. This is a physically demanding job and we work outside everyday. Ideally this candidate is an avid outdoor enthusiast that is responsible and reliable. You must have a reliable mode of transportation and show a true interest in a future of landscaping and design. We are open to negotiating a long term salary for the right person(s). This position is not for somebody expecting the common hourly pay and giving hourly performance. Depending on your experience and performance, this position will eventually lead to Pay by Performance and offer bonuses based on goals you want to set.
