A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HORTICULTURAL DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN As a Horticultural Delivery and Installation Technician, not only do you install plants but you transport them with care in our company truck. You prepare plants for new installations in an organized manner. You are responsible for completing the installations and or plant replacements while being efficient in planned routes and projects. Technicians know they can count on you to assist them with plant maintenance because you will already have some experience in the field or will be learning as you develop with our team. You are detail-oriented, you know when special plant services are required and our clients count on you to take care of rotating and replacing their plants as needed. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HORTICULTURAL DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN Passion for plants Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and a drug screening upon hire Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform the job Can you follow instructions well? Do you manage your time wisely and prioritize tasks accordingly? Can you work well as part of a team? Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally?
