He thinks spending will solve all his problems but just exasperates them. He recently visited Portland and Seattle looking for cash to give the DNC more money to help get their candidate's elected. Yes he was also trying to drum up support for his Build Back Better trillion dollar package. It cracks me up that he talks about conserving energy and the flys around on his Jumbo gas guzzling jet.
