The project manager helper is an entry level position with a job path towards being a project manager. Responsibilities include keeping construction projects clean, opening, and closing houses, snapshotting materials for subcontractors, and other miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the project manager. Primary Responsibilities JOB SITE Maintain a safe and clean job site Pickup and deliver materials to job site Open and close houses Keep projects clean Take direction for project manager SUBCONTRACTORS Manage subcontractor as directed by project manager Have job site ready for subcontractors as directed by project manager Manage subcontractors job site cleanliness MATERIALS Manage all materials delivered and used for the project as directed by project manager Keep materials orderly and secured Return materials not being used
