Small "extra income - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning position in a Senior Center located in the Wilmington, Delaware area that needs cleaning, TWO DAYS Each Week, (Monday – Friday) The Hours Are 7am to 11am (2 Hours Per Day – 2 Days Per Week) NOTE: Cleaner Must Be Able To Work TWO DAYS Each Week (Monday – Friday) Pay Rate: $20 Per Hour – Total Of (8) Hours Per Week Cleaning Responsibilities: *Empty Trash (2x Per Week) *Mop All Common Area Floors (1x Per Week) *Sweep & Mop Main Hall (Every Other Monday) *Sweep Stairs (1x Per Week) *Sweep Stair Towers (1x Per Week) *Clean Common Area Bathrooms & Mop Floors (2x Per Week) *Replenish Supplies (2x Per Week) *Vacuum Carpets (2x Per Week) *Vacuum Lobby (2x Per Week) *Spot Clean Glass (2x Per Week) *Spot Clean Doors & Frames (2x Per Week) *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Location: Wilmington, DE Qualifications: MUST Be Fully Vaccinated & Show Proof Of Vaccination (Medical Facility) MUST have reliable transportation to location. Previous cleaning experience a PLUS. NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. This is a Part Time employment opportunity.
