We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to take care of turnover cleanings at our Airbnb/locations, carry out maintenance duties, and handle all onsite issues. You will clean the unit in its entirety, do laundry, complete stocking, and make sure it is ready for next guests. The goal is to have the locations completely guest ready after turnover cleanings and keep our locations in a clean, orderly, and well-kept condition. We have many listings throughout the Triangle and are growing quickly. Looking for a cleaner who has extreme attention to detail, excellent communication, and can manage multiple listings long term. Candidates with Airbnb cleaning, or hotel house-keeping experience highly preferred. This scenario is ideal for someone with their own cleaning business. This is a part-time 1099 contract position paid weekly. You must be available to complete turnover cleanings 7 days a week as checkouts can happen any day of the week (11am - 4pm window to complete turnover cleanings). RESPONSIBILITIES *Clean, complete laundry, and stocking needs (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, linen service, dusting, sanitizing, etc) *Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects *Maintain overall esthetics, cosmetic details and staging/presentation *Manage and purchase inventory/supplies *Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities *Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs *Make adjustments and minor repairs *Hire handymen or other outside services when necessary *Communicate well with the rest of the staff *Ability to use needed apps/software and create professional, timely invoices SKILLS NEEDED *Proven working experience as a cleaner *Strong attention to detail and esthetics/cosmetics of home *Efficient problem solver *Strong communication skills *Positive attitude
