Side project wedding/event band forming

I am currently in a wedding/event band that does 40-50 gigs a year, and am looking to start a side project that closely mirrors that same material. This band will play anywhere from 6-12 gigs per year, and the members can sub in with the primary band when needed. There could also be an opportunity in the future to join the primary band full time. Below is a list of musicians I am looking for. The repertoire spans most genres, including pop, modern and classic rock, funk, r&b, rap, hip hop, some jazz, and more. The ideal candidates will be 30-50 years old, will have experience with these genres and also experience playing in a cover band. Practice schedule will be about twice a month on either Friday or Saturday night. Ideal candidates will also live within 30-45 minutes from Warren, MI.
