Tree Service is hiring for full-time Junior Foremen/Lieutenant positions. This role manages ground operations and acts as a second in command for a crew foreman. This role will help lead teams of 2-4 of our Ground Techs through various residential and commercial tree service jobs using a variety of equipment such as towed lifts and tracked man lifts, mini skid steers, and stump grinders. Applicants MUST: - Be drug free, have a valid drivers license, their own mode of transportation, maintain a professional appearance, be a team player with a good attitude, have a good work ethic and problem solving skills - Tree experience is necessary. Less focused on years in service that skills confident in performing. - Be comfortable with heights, be knowledgeable of saw use and maintenance, have rigging, felling, and pruning experience.
