Small real estate management company and real estate junkie in need of an experienced worker. Looking for someone with a lot of experience doing - carpentry, plumbing, drywall, concrete work, remodeling bathrooms/kitchens from start to finish. Work will be performed at multi-family buildings I manage, my own residence and other projects as they come up. Must be flexible and mobile to work in different locations in Chicago and the north shore near the lake. Ideal individual likes to solve problems, learn new skills and can work on their own. Please do not reply if you are not experienced in all aspects of building. Transportation and tools are required.
