I am looking for an individual that can assist me in the general upkeep and repair of my rental properties in the Arlington/Fort Worth area. Duties that are needed are drywall repair/install, painting, and property make ready. I will handle all of the major repairs myself including plumbing, electrical and hvac. I have an individual that takes care of the actual cleaning of the properties and all of the other minor details, i just need someone who is competent and reliable. I have been doing construction and property leasing for over 30 yrs myself and have done and am fully capable of doing the job but would rather find someone to assist me. I am willing to pay 20$ an hour cash/daily if the you are able to perform the necessary task without supervision and in a proper time frame. Please only contact me if you are serious about working, i have enough work at this time to keep you working for atleast the next 3 months but have a few other individuals with properties that i can refer you to if you desire. Most importantly..........................if you cannot work unsupervised and with expectations PLEASE do not waste my time, as i stated before I have been doing this for a long time so if it takes you twice as long as it would take me to do something then i am not the person that you want to work for. I will be finishing up a full remodel of a home in Fort Worth (Ramey & 820} this week that will need flooring (vinyl plank and laminate), trim work, painting, ceiling fan?lights, new plugs and swithches etc. After that i have a duplex around the corner that has smoke damage that needs to be fully remodeled.
