Welder for Custom Camping Trailer

I have a 1 ton 4 x 4 Camper van that I need to make (or buy) a camping trailer to tow behind it. I found this one on Ebay and am contemplating buying it: And then modifying it, but so far when I message that seller they do not reply with a lead time or availability. So I am contemplating buying a utility trailer with the same foot print and dimensions as that one and then dong some customization to it. I will need to make some aluminum storage panel areas that will be water proof to store a few more deep cell batteries. and also potentially putting an "Aluminum Cap" on the whole trailer. So this welder will need to be able to weld steel and aluminum. Im looking to jump on this project as soon as I can find the right "Trailer Frame" to build off of. Anyone with a creative mind and some welding skills who is in the area please reply with your availability and hourly or daily rate. I imagine this trailer will take 3-5 days to build out the way I envision it.
