Helper & Labor Duties- No Experience Needed

I am looking for someone (male or female) for helper/ labor duties and clean-up to start this week. I am currently working on 2 of my rental properties. You must be at least 18 years old, dependable, able to follow directions and willing to work. There is a lot you can learn about home remodeling and repair if your interested. If you have experience and are able to work independently, we can discuss a higher rate once I have seen how you work. This will start out on a trial/ as needed basis, but could become a steadier thing. You must be able to get to ONE of these locations; Grant Ave. & Academy Rd. -OR- Aramingo Ave. & Allegheny Ave. -OR- 61St. & Eastwick Ave. AND you must be on time!
