Responsibilities and duties include: -Schedule and coordinate crews/drivers for jobs -Assist with vehicle and building maintenance -Handle logistics and problem solve routes -Remotely coordinate crews at various job sites (Philadelphia & New York) -Maintain and schedule vehicle repairs/inspections -Help train new staff -Hiring new crew and drivers -Able to pivot and adapt to changing situations on sets. Requirements and Qualifications: -Experienced with mechanical and handiwork -Experience working in team environments -Experience leading people -Valid driver’s license/ experience driving box trucks
