Damsel in distress needing electrician

I am a damsel yes and I am looking for someone that has knowledge in my actress today I am under volunteers because I bought everything I needed and just don’t have enough to pay top dollar for a license electrician if there’s someone out there that is a licensed electrician and can charge me lower rates that would be great maybe $20 an hour I could pay? But the person that looked at it he said it would need at least 3 to 4 hours but it could take you longer I could take you less time but I am willing to pay somebody $100 if they could get everything done and what needed to be done is somebody worked on a wire in the attic and connected it I think to the wrong one or left it out but made three outlets in the house go out and they have not been back on since that needs to be fixed I have the plastic caps also for them then I bought breakers that need the box to have the new breaker fuses put in and then I have two GFI‘s and two regular outlets for the kitchen to be put in I was told all my wire is good it was pretty new up in the attic to work with thank you 😊
