Riding Lawnmower Won't Start - Need Help

First cut of the year, and my lawnmower wont start. Sounds like its not getting fuel. Its not the battery. I dont know how to prime it and I suck at fixing engines. cub cadet ltx 1045 Need to come to my house in Ridgeville to fix on site Need transportation in case you need to run to store to get parts/sparkplug etc... Easy job if you know what you're doing. Please reply via email with your rates and availability.
