We are currently looking for a General Laborer with a good work ethic to perform a variety of exterior maintenance repair on residential Association properties. Job duties for will include but are not limited to roof and building repairs, tuck pointing, minor carpentry, painting, light electrical (fixtures), pest control, and variety of tasks. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Essential Functions:
-Ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
-Regular attendance and punctuality.
-Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and reliable transportation.
-Physical capacity for frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
-Ability to climb ladders and tolerate heights.
-Ability to lift to 50 pounds and move heavy objects.
