Ready for a workout that gets results and relieves pain and stiffness?!
ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards is an age reversing, slow paced full body workout that helps to re-balance muscles and joints, improve posture, increase flexibility, and mobility for a healthy, toned, and pain-free body.
The ESSENTRICS® workout draws on flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body.
This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Wear comfortable loose clothing.
Bring water, a beach/large towel or yoga mat. This class is done in bare feet.
