Growing property management company has immediate need for the position of custodian. Responsibilities include cleaning of classrooms, offices and bathrooms. Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Sanitizing of bathrooms. Stripping, waxing and buffing of floors. Set-up of school functions. Afternoon shift. 1p - 9:30p. Monday thru Friday. Must pass a background check. $14 an hour plus benefits. Paid holidays and vacation.
