i dont need a contractor or foreman to run my job. i need a general labor person. i need someone that will show up on time, not be stoned or drunk and make an honest effort to do your best, take pride innwhat you do. your pay depends on your productivity, I am really more interested on what you can accomplish in your experience. Just because you have never done something does not mean that you could not do it well
