Clean out/Demo - Remove construction debris for house flipper

We need a consistent, dependable and loyal clean out person for the load in the attached pictures. We also need the vinyl flooring and metal stair nosings removed from the basement stairs. Demolition ability is a plus for more future work. You must have your own truck and place to dump the materials. Send cost to remove and how soon you can do it. We do not work nights or weekends.
