Lost ruby and diamond ring

I lost my great-great grandmother's ruby and diamond ring about a year ago, probably at Target on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., or maybe near Guglhupf Cafe. It's a gold ring, a single diamond paired with a single ruby, and the inscription inside reads E.A. Phillips from LAP 1887. I filed a police report listing it as missing at the time with no luck. It's been missing a long time but I'm still grieving, and a friend suggested I try posting an ad here.
