Assist with providing routine maintenance & inspection services on the following various types of Stormwater systems: • Storm drains/ Storm water systems • Other storm water runoff collection systems Compensation: $21 - $35/Hourly rate. Wages based on qualifications and experience Working hours Seeking part time assistant: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6:30AM to 11:30AM and occasionally longer shifts including some optional weekends Individual will be responsible for assisting Lead Service Technician on completing stormwater maintenance jobs with high quality performance with focus on safety Essential skills included but not limited to: • Must have valid Driver’s license, own transportation, cell phone and be dependable and flexible with hours if needed • Must have clean driving record • Nice to have ability to drive large truck • Nice to have knowledge of equipment, practices and usage • Must have ability to communicate daily, read, write • Must have ability to read diagrams, maps • Must have ability to work independently or with team member • Must have ability to effectively communicate throughout the workday • Nice to have prior industry knowledge on storm water compliance • Nice to have ability to use pressure washer, generator and related small power tools • Must have basic computer skills, and data entry daily to document accurate progress Physical demands and mental requirements: • Lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a max of 50 pounds throughout the day • Driving, Sitting, Kneeling, bending and crouching and walking throughout the workday • Good Hand-eye coordination • Ability to use basic construction tools and company equipment Experience requirements: • Nice to have one or more years in the stromwater maintenance industry • Company will train as needed / offers growth opportunity (OSHA 10, Traffic Control training and Confined Space entry safety, Stormwater training, Data entries as needed) Company is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer of Females, Minorities, Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities.
