Cat Found! All white male with red heart tag. IS HE YOURS?

I have noticed an all white cat near my apartment for a few days now. The cat has a tag which leads me to believe this cat possibly got out. Taking the photos today, I'm fairly confident it is a male cat. I tried my best to get close enough to read or snap a photo of the tag, but I was unsuccessful. I'll attempt to read the tag again in the future. Hopefully this helps. The cat is doing alright, but is also getting harassed by the local strays, so hopefully we can get this guy back where he belongs. The cat has been spotted on and around the corner or Long and Bloomingdale. The cat has been around for I'd say a week, give or take.
