FOUND: Cute Dino Ring

I found a cute dino ring at the Speedy Bee carwash in Rockwall. It looks like it might've meant something to someone, as the inside paint has worn off to reveal the copper. It's clearly a very cheap ring, but I want to see it reunited with it's wearer, if it means something. So if you can describe it to me, I would love to return it when I'm in town next :)
