Contractor / Maintenance Person (Binghamton) 15-20 per hour or flat rate per job Send a resume or work experience. Must be able to do plumbing, sheetrock, small apartment repairs. Countertops and Cabinet experience is a plus. Trustworthy and good work ethic No drinkers and/or drugs Binghamton and Johnson City area 30 or more hours per week. Must have your own transportation, valid Drivers license, tools.
