I have leads coming from all directions and need experienced, reliable people to complete them. Jobs are anything from light electrical, light plumbing, drywall patches, tile floor, swapout locks, painting, pressure washing, debris removal, bathroom and kitchen remodels, etc...standard property maintenance and repair. Pay is per job completion. We will assess and determine job value together, virtually. As soon as it's completed, you're paid that day. I also have out of state work that pays great, if you are willing to travel. We pay travel expenses of gas, food, and hotel. You would earn several hundred to maybe $1000 in a day. Requirements: Be Reliable and Communicative Have Vehicle Have Tools Have Experience Be Efficient Be A Problem Solver Do Good Work Be Presentable and Polite to Homeowners Drug-free Obviously Give me a call or shoot me an email.
