Exciting and rapidly growing seafood company is seeking a high-energy EMPLOYEE who would be focused on FISH CUTTING & OPERATIONS This position will assist THE OPERATIONS MANAGER, which may include: Job Description: • CUTTING AND PRODUCING SEAFOOD TO SPECS • Weigh, wrap and pack seafood • Prepare all product to specification of customer’s orders • Store product in refrigerators/freezers at required temperature Perform tasks associated with general sanitation • Clean work area to maintain health and sanitation standards • Perform all work assignments for position in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements • Report and resolve food safety issues • Participate in ongoing training sessions • Other duties as required Job Requirements: • Demonstrates good verbal communication skills • Ability to follow sanitation & PRODUCTION standards Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, on a continual basis throughout shift • Ability to work in warehouse environment in areas with variations of temperatures (cooler / freezer) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour
