Seeking part time contract maintenance person for a 30 unit property in Falls City. 5-15 hours per week. Duties include, but not limited to, property clean up, quarterly filter changes, property inspections, general maintenance repairs, make ready's, and tenant lock outs. Hours are flexible. Compensation $15-$20 per hour. Person must have good communication skills and be able to pass a background and credit check. Please submit a resume for consideration
