Long standing property management company looking for full time employee. Location: Rockland County, NY Description: Assist in the management of onsite commercial building operations. Part time or full time: 7 am to 4 pm daily with lunch break. Must have: •Experience with tools and machines (mowers, weed wacker, leaf blower, snow plow). •A good work ethic, great attitude and motivated. •Clean drivers license and clean back ground check. Job includes: •Grounds maintenance, parking lot sweeping, leaf blowing, trimming bushes, snow removal, garbage pickup, painting, gutter cleaning. •Minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical and sheet rocking work. •Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings. •Responds quickly to emergency situations. •Provide handyman services throughout the building as needed.
